Terms of Use
Booking and Payments
・❥・Transactions must be made at least 2 days before your event.
・❥・A 50% downpayment is required to reserve your slot, which will also serve as a cancellation fee.
・❥・An assurance fee will be required, varying depending on the costume's
ㅤㅤㅤvalue.
Costume Care
・❥・Handle the costumes with care as if they were your own.
・❥・Do not alter the costumes in any way. This includes:
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・Trimming or styling wigs.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・Modifying the costumes.
・❥・Do not wash the costumes or wigs.
Identification and Liability
・❥・New renters must send a selfie with their valid ID along with an individual
ㅤㅤㅤ copy of the ID.
・❥・Renters are liable for any:
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・Damage to the costume/wig (replacement costs will apply).
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・Misplaced pieces/accessories/packaging (replacement costs will
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤapply).
Returns and Fees
・❥・Extensions and delayed returns are subject to a fee of 100 PHP/day.
・❥・Costumes/wigs must be returned in their original packaging.
・❥・Shipping fees will be shouldered by the renter.
・❥・Before repacking for return, please provide a photo of the costume.
